Our goal is to allow everyone to fully use the training potential of their daily professional life thanks to our unique course experience. The exercises, the debriefings, the self-development questionnaires aim to show how it is possible to learn from what we experience every day, how to reflect on what has happened to us, on the real effectiveness of our behavioural responses, on what alternative action strategies we could create in the next opportunity.
